I am writing to you to avail myself of my rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This letter is a Notice of Infringement as authorized in § 512© of the U.S. Copyright Law. I wish to report an instance of what I feel in good faith is an instance or Copyright Infringement. The infringing material appears on the Service for which you are the designated agent.

1. The material which I contend belongs to FetLife and our member MistressRonda, and appears illegally on your web site “fairfaxunderground.com” is the following:

profile images taken from our members private profiles that you have to be a member to view. This is not only a invasion of privacy for the member but a copyright violation of our site and a violation of our Terms of Use. The pictures were from an impostor profile we removed.

P.S. Since this is the third time we are having to email in a DMCA for the same pictures being reposted, we remind you of the requirement under the DMCA for increasing consequences for repeat violations.
