A newer neighborhood in Chantilly off Walney Road near the intersection of Walney Rd and Westfields Blvd. Comprised primarily of single family homes, with some (required) low-income townhomes off to the side near the baseball diamond. Connects to the Waverly Crossing Bike Path.
The primary street in the neighborhood is Eagle Chase Circle.
