Fireworks?

It's 8:30 sat night. Sounds like fireworks around Robinson or Mason. Anyone know what's going on?

george mason basketball homecoming. still living in the glory days of their NCAA run from 8 years ago, so.....fireworks

Thanks!! Found confirmation on GMU web site:
"In celebration of Homecoming, George Mason University Alumni Association will be hosting a firework show over Mason Pond, following the men’s basketball game on February 15th. The show will begin at 8:30 p.m. or following the game, should any delays occur in game-play. All are invited to view the show. The show can be viewed from parking lots A and K, and the Patriot Center North and East entrances."
