ACLU was founded not for niggers not for chinese, the opposite - it was founded to file lawsuits on behalf of the poor** who's Constitutional rights had been quashed by big boss government.

(this was at a time when judges colluded to NOT ALLOW ANY CASE not brought forward by a lawyer - at the time lawyers were not available on consignment (or rather such a thing wasn't advertised))
