I went through sexual harassment training years ago because I work for a very politically correct agency but the worst was a class on how to accept transgenders in the workplace. They were nuts.

I'm still pissed about "mandatory motorcycle license training" and "mandatory hunting license training".

You even say "mandatory sexual harassment class" to my face and I'll laugh at you.

anyway, the time to learn about "treating others right", and "dealing with rejection" is like a 6th grade lesson

We have to do SOMETHING about the generation that grew up learning their morals through the lyrics of songs rather than being taught what is right and wrong by their parents! Someone please explain it to me-is the idea that, in order to make "one person" comfortable, that is, a person that is transgender, it is OK to make any number of non-transgenders uncomfortable so the trans can be comfortable using the other bathroom?

I once was mandated to attend a workplace diversity seminar chaired by a pair of mean-faced, clipped hair Jewesses. Even the lone black employee in the room became increasingly uncomfortable with the total bullshit these two spawn of Satan were spouting. The back and forth became so animated at times that some were unsure whether they would be leaving the building through the lobby or the thirteenth floor window.

The second day of the seminar was cancelled on orders from management.

infact i had an incident later in life (also earlier) that could have been instructive for. (but actually not, the incident was not a usual cause or solution).

all literature (and tv, plays) before around 1998 / Hillary made light of the situation and urged it be played out well by both sides, both giving in some

One thing I learned from countless romantic movies is that "no" means "yes, but only after you try harder".

I often wonder if Congreff has this mandatory training. Or Hollywood based companys. I suspect higher level employees must be exempt from it or send someone to attend on their behalf.

It's also called sexual harassment AWARENESS training now. The old name was confusing attendees.

I don't work for the schools I work for the government. All government employees have to complete the sex harass class approximately once a year from now on. I have no idea what the school employees are doing but it's probably similar.

The only woman in my class was the instructor and she looked just like a fat dachshund. She had a high pitched squeaky voice and we had a hard time keeping from laughing.

Sexual harassment was just added. Normally we have a once a year eight hour celebrate the diversity class. Best advice I can give is if you are a straight white male you better keep your mouth shut.

To answer the OP's question, YES the mental health first aid training is way worse than the sex class. It is 12 fucking hours long! It SUCKS! Only a few of us have gone but from what I hear it is going to be mandatory for everyone next year. Two fucking days of boring lectures and role playing.
