Lots of bums and coloreds around the North Alexandria waterfront

Especially by the Canal Center Plaza. The bums probably like it because the landscaping has lots of levels and places to hide, and the office buildings have overhangs that keep them dry (I saw a bum sleeping in a bag right next to a building in the middle of the day). Also, there are lots of niggers from the housing projects who go there to smoke pot and do other sketchy stuff. They ride their bikes on the waterfront jogging path, even though bikes aren't allowed. I notice Alexandria PD posts a squad car every weekend on N. Pitt by the big construction site two blocks west, which says a lot about the crime that must be occurring in that area.
Alexandria PD really should do more foot patrols in that area, particularly on the jogging path and around the Canal Center Plaza.

It's a nice place to walk or run, with pretty views of the river. We pay a lot of money to live near the river, and it shouldn't be overrun with bums and niggers.

This is the way all cities wind up when under libtard control.
Taxes don't cover services because the bums and niggers don't pay any. Meanwhile the city sits around trying to find ways to soak the Oronoco residents even more without chasing them away.
