We need a 40% VAT tax like France and Sweden. That'll get things moving along. And everyone pays that tax. The rich. The poor. The middle class. Everyone. No more dodging taxes by getting paid in cash or crying poor. You buy something, you pay the VAT tax. It's like a federal sales tax.

Do you fucking retarded libs think anyone in the US would go for that? There's a reason gas in Europe costs over $7/gallon.

Lolz Liberals are the only ones dumb enough to point to something that has not only never worked, but has been a complete disaster every time, and say "Let's do that! Hurry up, let's go!"

The Mises Institute is a right-wing chop-shop. They are a heterodox, fabricated meme, not a serious source.

Dope, ‘managed capitalism’ (what you idiots call socialism) is all that has worked anywhere for any extended period of time since WWII. That’s why all the big boys use it.

and just like your when claims about 40,000 gun deaths were proven to be false, you refused to even browse the linked article as it has links in it that verify the facts given. Which by the way, is far more than you've ever done.

If those links were as bad as the one to the Mises Institute, it would have been no wonder at all that you were laughed at.

A profoundly meaningless and stupid statement. You tried that same shit on page 1 and it stunk there too.

You keep saying we already are socialist, if so shut the fuck up about it then because you already have what you want, right? ....and there goes your whole socialist cause. lol

The 'arguments' from you brain deprived androids are ludicrously circular and just laughable nonsense. You should be ashamed and apologize to us all for bringing it up.

"Don't criticize what you can't understand."

Seriously, you should have learned that 50 years ago, but obviously something went wrong. The problem today is that you are absolutely clueless when it comes to economics in general or the US economy in particular. As the result, you end up being just a pitiful push-over for people with actual training, background, and experience in the field. In the instant case, you are in fact surrounded by examples of American socialism, but you can't see a single one of them. What a dope!

Socialism is when government controls means of production and distribution of money and resource.

NOT FUCKING TRAFFIC LIGHTS AND SEWERS, GOMER. HAVING THOSE IS NOT SOCIALISM.

Where did you get your education? Stupid U? You simply repeating the same wrong idiot shit tells us you are not the brightest bulb in the pack.

I bet that won't stop you though - part of being profoundly stupid is the inability to learn.

Many confuse communism with socialism and they are two completely different things. I’m not saying either is more acceptable than the other. Just that they are different.

You are such an uninformed asshole. lol...

The government of Finland has resigned because they couldn't fix their bankrupt health care system. The country can no longer afford their health care safety net but their Parliament won't let them cut services or raise new taxes to fund it. New elections are scheduled for next month.

"Other Nordic countries have also grappled with the need to cut costs. Sweden is to gradually raise its retirement age and has opened up parts of the healthcare system to the private sector in a bid to boost efficiency.

Denmark will gradually increase the retirement age to 73 - the highest in the world - while cutting taxes and unemployment benefits to encourage people to work more."

Do you imagine that ANY country is suddenly going to adopt the US system instead of what they have now? The US system is the per capita most expensive system in the world and in overall terms, it's among the very least effective. Who would want that? We remain a global laughing stock when it comes to health care. But let's see if Finland could be stupid enough to shut down its government for five weeks over this or whether the US will continue to stand alone in reverting to such clownishly stupid national behavior.

So there is a private market somewhere that sells these things, is there? Dope!

No, at some of our most respected and selective insitutions of higher learning. Then came the decades working as a highly successful professional in the field.

Traffic lights in the US are all made by private companies.

You said a private market that SELLS these things.
Which means you don't even know how to put a sentence together, and then you don't know what the sentence means that you just typed!

I spit on your ancestors, how could any human whelp such a stooge?

As even dumbos ought to recognize, traffic lights are a socialist construct. They quash your imagined individual freedom and liberty and force you to behave in a manner defined by the group in the interests of the group. Know your role or we will bust your chops for it
