Will the “spruce-up project” enable you to admit that’s where you live? Or will you still be too ashamed to admit you live there?

You don't need tix for the TV Dept. at Walmart. They know you well enough now so they just don't bother you. But if you're feeling sick, it's a pretty long trip on FFx Connector You might have to wait longer than Tues. coming off a bug like that you might think the Ffx Connector trip's still too rough for yu. The Walmart employees will still hold your fold up chairs for you. BE sure to get there early so you can visit the in-store Subway before the game starts.
Well, I don’t feel a whole lot better than last night, but I don’t feel any worse either, so we’ll give the game a try tonight. None of our Ballpark Pals will be there, but hopefully the food up in The Club will be good. They’ve been on a roll of late.

Decrepit old fuck probably used it to get to the car. It’s not like he gives a shit about his property looking like a landfill.
LOL! Many of today’s 20- and 30-somethings will cash in their chips well, before I do. Meanwhile, there were three (3) painters trucks in the driveway at dusk last night, but no leaf-litter on the roof.

I’ve got to ask here. Do you consider a $1M property in NoVa an elite achievement? Seriously, they literally litter the map.

You have too many trees to have a nice lawn. Between shade and roots it ain't happening. Also need to get rid of the WV chicken fencing in the back. That whole overgrown side toward Fardale is a mess.

The Park Service generally isn't wasting their time trying to grow nice lawns where there's lots of shade and tree roots. Doesn't work well for growing grass around here. And your scraggly, sparse yard clearly shows that.

Then you should call them and/or the county and have someone take care of it. Or do it yourself if they won't. Looks like shit and is growing out into the road.

You’d think millionaires would be able to find a way to prevent whoever owns that plot from diminishing his property value. Or, maybe the millionaire would just buy it to prevent his property from being undervalued. Of course, the county tax map shows him owning it.
The recent photos of the McHenry house, where he lives, have serious degradation of the ridge cap shingles. Those shingles, by the way, were among the cheapest options for homeowners at the time. Nothing is top tier for that McHenry property. Probably why he’s too ashamed to admit that he lives there.

Really burns your butt to realize how wealthy we are, doesn’t it? Hahahaha! Loser. Meanwhile, title to the former Fardale easement was transferred within the past 18 months to Dominion Power as part of their ongoing project to put power lines for the McHenry Loop underground. We put our individual lines underground years ago.

Try again, Fag Boy. Installed in 2012, those are a top of the line, 50-year GAF
product. Those who can afford it get what they pay for.

Again, we have owned the McHenry property since 1978, but not lived there since 2014. Too confusing for you, isn’t it.

There’s no evidence of wealth to be found. Your house on McHenry, where you live, is run-down. Your vehicles are nowhere near top-of-the-line. Not even the top trim-levels for those models.

Again, it’s crystal fucking clear that you live in that shitbox on McHenry. Each time you deny it I win as it confirms you are fully aware of your own inferiority.

We already went through this. There are no 50-year GAF 3-tab shingles. If you believe that then you didn't get what you paid for. They're not even nicer shingles.

Very obviously you still live there. Your over abundance of gobbledygook won't ever change that.
As any actual homeowner would know, GAF are a top-rated roofing shingle. They perform like a dream and they look great, especially after a nice shampoo.

GAF has a range of shingles. The 3-tab shingles are at the bottom "economy" end of that range. Once again, there are no "50-year" 3-tab shingles.

You forgot to mention failed parenting. One kid has two DUIs. The other didn’t even make it to adulthood. DUI also? Possibly. Medical examiner’s report found alcohol, drugs and semen in his boy’s system. While not conclusive, they determined the semen was probably of a Southeast Asian. Likely Vietnamese. This fits with what Greg has stated here.

Broke looks like 8645 McHenry. Cars. House. Lawn. Driveway. Carport. Mailbox. Roof. Siding. Windows. Clutter. You literally are the property bringing down values in that neighborhood.

Grill all the salmon, halibut, or grouper steaks that you like, Macho Man, but while there are people (like your ex-wife) who foolishly do it, it’s best not to grill branzino at all. It’s too delicate. Belongs in a sauté pan or baking dish instead. And of course better restaurants (like GAR) take delivery of fresh fish and seafood by 600 AM each day — Sat, Sun, and holidays included. Bet you didn’t know that, though you’ve certainly been told many times before.
Lol! So fucking clueless! Knows not the difference between top customers and the general public. Doesn’t know the difference between HOV-2 and HOV-3 either. And don’t even start with him on what a spade truck is. Putrid little asshole.
