The problems at justice (JEB) are mostly related to the school’s demographics. The AD there is actually very good IMO, and is making the best of a bad situation. It takes a highly dedicated and talented coach for that team to do well, which we had for 4 years with coach weisbecker. We won 6,7,8 games a year if i recall correctly when he was coach, and made the playoffs a couple of times.
Another issue with justice is that because of the demographics and general poor quality of the school, families in the district that can afford it generally send their kids to WCAC schools like gonzaga, oconnell, etc.
Chicken and egg problem. Families dont want to send their kids there because the school sucks. The school and its sports teams suck because families dont want to send their kids there. This wont be fixed anytime soon and things are only getting worse as far as I know.
