unfortunately, the article is full of platitudes and places
BUT NOT A SINGLE SHRED OR PEEP ABOUT ANYTHING NEGOTIATED
IRAN has china building a "oil refinery" - which will infact make usa (texas) a bit more poor - less refining traffic which is already less
Iran "wants iraq" but it is sacrificial to the nations who really had to step in and stop hussain from bombing Israel though israel had not been attacking iraq
OTHER THAN THEY SEEM TO BE ESCAPING OPEC'S bindings of set sellers and set price and have educated well to buy (russian?) uranium and negotiated with (france japan germany et al) to build power plants
THE ONLY REAL CONTINGENTS currently would be "backing off israel" (which is usa policy it is a small country) and not "weaponizing china to be a war machine rather than a domestic manufacturer"

American's who elected Trump obviously don't want OBAMA negotiating cash for "nuclear compliance" which is never met. where we pay and france sells nuclear plans for oil and we get nothing back
that was an OBAMA SCAM which france was eager to promote USA isn't interested in donating to unless it is in the books as donation
