This guy was out walking at night, surely not committing crimes (yeah right). And a car load of his brethren just so happen to be riding around raping a woman, yeah sounds like a sucky situation to be in.

You can sue, and considering a jury would probably want to give you something you would probably win, but most states have laws on the books that limit the amount per year incarcerated you can be awarded for this.

You can sue and like another poster said, the damages are limited.
If you are convicted by a jury and cannot prove there was prosecutorial malfeasance (like suppression of exculpatory evidence or manipulation) you aren't going get far. Sometimes a victim will pick out the wrong guy in a line up. all there is to it.

He was offered 2.5 million by the state right after his release for compensation. That equates to just over 80k a year, more than triple your typical dead beat nig earns per year. He's lucky to even get that.

I heard that Michael Anthony Green was back in prison in Florida for assult and that he has spent most of the 2.2 million.
