Celebrate what? I've been celebrating ever since my ass walked out those three times that week, lol. This was NOT a surprise son! I already knew I wouldn't be found guilty of some shit I clearly didn't do. The retard giving me all the evidence I needed was enough proof I needed to get out all the three times and not get a conviction.

I TOLD YALL! The retard giving me all the evidence I needed was enough proof I needed to get out all the three times and not get a conviction today. I've been free this entire time, knew I would and know I will continue to be because I'm not guilty of ANY of this shit, lol. Please, don't make me post WHHHHY!!!! :P

Oh, I was totally found guilty. 89 suspended and got credit for the 1 day time served. I'm going to file an appeal.

They credit you an entire day for being arrested. Sheriff Kincaid is awesome.

I didn't even make it up to the jail when I was arrested. Since I made bail, I just waited in the intake shit, watching the news til my baby came to get me out, but I got that entire 56 minutes credited as a day, so I'm fine with that LOL

AND I can get that shit expunged for FREE (well, one of them) because it was a magistrate issue. They TOTALLY fucked up in issuing one of those warrants. I also have a civil suit in the works but yeah..anywho...nope, not guilty. No jail time. Everyone knows this shit was bullshit as I've been saying all along. The courts and cops knew it too. They're NOT happy about this.
