The homeless should be able to bathe in the street gutters, naked, right in front of your house.

The taxpayers paid for the gutters, so it is paid for public property, and has a public right of way easement for waste water. The water is free and in the public domain.

They got it down to a science. Camp out in back of a cheap motel the kind people use for a quickie. 3 AM the people leave and the homeless take a shower and collect the chump change left for maid. Pretty good system there. Been there done that

Pretty clever and quite a community service. Cant believe trump didn't put this in one of his books.

If Trump did that at all his hotels, casinos, golf clubs where he bangs his porn stars and stripper/hooker/playmate/lesbian model/illegal worker/anchor-baby/chain migration parents mistresses - the homeless cleanliness problem would be solved.
