This is a ridiculous statement as I was accused of posting anon to Mr. Basl last night. I clarified who I was posting to so it was very clear this had nothing to do with him. This said your comment has no credence my comments to my parents don't take away the fact that the other name posted my fiancées nudes and threatened ("or insinuated due to how you read evidence") to have her falsely arrested. These are two very separate issues.

Also the prosecutor worked with us and Megan, she was the one who made the case stick from what I am aware. Clearly not their worst nightmare, learn facts before you try to "troll."

I'm pretty much POSITIVE that you can't enter into someones home and start shooting hidden video. you have an expectation of privacy in your home. if it was only an audio recording, VA does have a one-party consent law, so that's probably legal even in a private residence, but I'm doubtful about a video.

So Megan is homeless after all. We just didn't ask the right question. Instead of asking "are you homeless", we should have asked "are you living out of Josh's car, the one he sometimes lets you drive illegally"?

Megan has been homeless for a long time. She was briefly shacking up with her boyfriend's parents but they finally had enough and threw her ass out.

Megan needs to be incarcerated somewhere she will have a bed to sleep in every night and the public will be protected. Her child needs to be sent somewhere it can be cared for and raised properly. Not sure if they have Internet access in jails/prisons but if they do we can look forward to her updates of drama while locked up.

Not homeless. Not going to jail. Not breaking the law. Left his parents* home on my own (after his mother assulated me)*. Maybe his mother can update her status and troll me here from her cell since there is enough probable cause in the bribery case I am the victim of. Also still primary custodian of my child.
