I am just keeping track of this. Seems to me no judge will take pity on someone who clearly hasn't learned a damn thing from 2 criminal charges (1 conviction in appeal,) multiple protective orders and 2 lawsuits.

Megyn kilt nobody. That's why she wasn't prosecuted. Insufficient evidence, and there's laws against double jeopardy. If one has already been prosecuted for one crime incident, you cannot retry them on same criminal charge for same incident. Acquittal = dismissal. She DID kill him through her actions, but is this something she can be jailed for, obviously not.

This is just like the cease and desist orders that she sent to Cary and her ex husband. Why is the ex husband listed as a c/o in the order to eesh? She always types them up herself on someone's computer, thinking that she's being all clever with her limited knowledge of legal speak. The typos, bad grammer, and and habitual usage of the words always is a dead giveaway. Im sure eesh is completely terrified Megan!
