He agreed to plead "no contest" to two misdemeanors and pay a $2000 fine. All felony charges would be dropped.

It's actually very easy to understand if you have an IQ above that of a rock.
"on" was obviously a misspelling of "no" and "shots" was obviously a misspelling of "shoots". It's not that hard to figure out what the guy was saying. His spelling may suck, but if one graduating from kindergarten, it is extremely obvious what he meant. Just because you're too fucking stupid to understand it doesn't mean the rest of us didn't. We did. And I'm happy to help you understand all the posts on here with misspelled words and bad grammar, which is probably at least 80% of posts here. You're welcome.
