it means usa, russia, japan, france, germany sold or ALLOWED CHINA TO TAKE china the technology
it means China collected taxes and is using it to make money over-seas, while USA uses taxes to fund nigger rap and 3x-15x school board paychecks

it could either mean south america has found uranium deposits or that russia will be the supplier of "yellow cake pellets". not that it matters terribly.

It means the chicoms want access to Argentina's oil, gas, uranium, zinc, copper and, of course, massive agricultural production. The chicoms are making sure that they aren't reliant on the US for food. That was the mistake that the USSR made and the chicoms, while usually pretty dumb, are smart enough to learn from the mistakes of the past.
