§2384. Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

I would say any US govt offical's or persons conspiring with another to try to remove the president of the US from office by impeachment with false information given to US government offical's is Seditious Conspiracy

The judge ordered that Trump and his family can be forced to appear for the purposes of eliciting testimony. The judge's ruling doesn't prevent Trump and his family from exercising their Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination.

@ Seditious Conspiracy-Impeachment is a Constitutionally sanctioned process. Even if it had the effect of overthrowing the government or preventing, hindering or delaying execution of any law of the U.S., it is not reached by the seditious conspiracy statute. Same thing applies to filing court actions to prevent the execution of a U.S. law.
