We need to increase the tax on gasoline and diesel fuel to pay for more charging stations

A 40 cent per gallon tax increase on liquid fuel would help in two ways, it would increase the availability of charging stations and it would get more people to buy electric cars. Win-Win!!

Went to Baltimore yesterday to see the Ravens victory. I noticed a sigh in the parking garage that Chevy Volt’s are prohibited from parking there because of their tendency to blow up. Libtards are always causing problems

40 cents per gallon is a bit too much we are already paying 18.4 cents in tax at the pump. I say we make it 38.4 cents total. That is still a lot of money to build the charging stations.

Government should never influence the market through policy or usurious taxes that transfer wealth from one segment of society to another. The batteries these cars run on are produced in China and each car you buy gives economic aid to our communist enemy, and by the way, many of their plants are fueled by coal and there is no adequate solution to disposal of these batteries once they are discharged. Banning liquid fueled cars is similar to the ban on indoor smoking years ago. Nobody wanted to inhale 2nd hand smoke and nobody wants to inhale the fumes from a dirty liquid fueled vehicle. These laws are set in place for the greater good.

I own one Tesla and there are plenty of charging stations. The Tesla gets 410 miles on a charge. I can drive for almost two weeks without having to charge it.

Usually, once a week I'll plug it and I have the 220 charger so it doesn't take long to charge it.

I paid the extra for the insane mode, holy fuck that shit FAST FAST FAST FAST. I raced my friends Camaro and blew it away. The Camaro was toast. I love the way Tesla is so quiet and peaceful. Took a while to get use to the silent smooth ride.

I have the remote control feature where I can drive the Tesla from my phone. Just freaking cool as fuck to show women on dates. I am 1000% in love the Tesla and can't see myself every buying another gas car.

1,070,000 EV's were sold in the US in 2023 alone so it is clear that quite a few people want EV's.
