Actually I read there is a new illicit drug that causes behavior like this. "Flakka" I think? It basically causes people to strip naked and act like animals. They can become very violent. NY Post had a video story on it and showed this guy going nuts and trying to punch his way through a fence. Cant seem to find it now.
