Myka Logan is Myka Duncan/Myka Giaurtis of Trumbull County, Ohio. She is Megan Toohey's biological mother, who had her at age 16. Myka later surrendered Megan (who was named Charlee Duncan) to the state of Ohio.

The now dead brother that was also given up for adoption also was convicted of breaking and entering and burglary.

So the dead brother and Megan are WAY worse than the mom, she only has 2 assault charges, and no felonies.
The only scary thing on here is that the mom was still having children 17 years ago.
