Anonymous tips are now sufficient to allow the police to stop and search you. (And their searches can be pretty fucking obnoxious. Just Google "warrantless cavity searches" to see the kind of shit cops can get up to.)
I can foresee all sorts of fun shenanigans in relation to Fairfax Underground.

There's a white Mustang that picks up oxycodone and morphine in Louisa and runs it to Fairfax on a weekly basis. Virginia State Police would be interested in this...

I would fill a tub with hot water and add bath salts. Starting with #6 I would take each one in the tub and while fucking furiously note whether they were interested in the salts.
