I read that they did the first live report from the lake at 5:30 am so Vester Flanagan probably saw that and then got in his car and drove to the location and killed them at 6:45 am.

Another question is why the Governor of Virginia said the killer was being followed on Interstate 64.
He gave that information while appearing on WTOP Ask the Governor show. We now know the fag's car was not located until it was on 66. He couldn't have been on 64 unless he got on and then did a U-turn to get back on 81.

He must have been stalking them for a few days if not weeks, the days they were not paired up was a near miss. Eventually he got lucky, perhaps the parking lot of the station does not have cameras or somebody, like a lazy security guard was lackadaisical.
