If the Morenos thought Monique had their property and wanted it returned, why didn't they simply call the police from the comfort of their own home? Why did they drive to the next county and show up unannounced at Mo's house? Why did they continue to lurk outside her house when they knew Mo was not home and did not intend to return the property?

This doesn't add up. It looks like the Morenos intended to steal the laptop back. It also appears they had made this drive before, the night Monique's truck was vandalized.

You are delusional. Sharon was not invited to come to Monique's house, and William certainly was not welcome. Sharon and William showed up unannounced. After being informed Mo was not at home and told to leave they continued to lurk around casing the house from across the street.

Sharon and William Moreno had no valid reason for being in the neighborhood and were caught by Mo's surveillance cameras. It's a good thing she posted the photos to show who the real stalker is.

The Moreno family seems to be composed of morbidly obese losers, obsessed with white trash and desperate for attention. The Morenos should adopt Megan, or take her in as a wife for William. Willie Moreno would enjoy playing with Megan's kids and could keep them occupied while Megan spends her days on the internet and visiting various magistrates, courthouses, police stations, law offices, and elected officials to complain about being trolled.

The Morenos were caught on camera stalking Monique's house for over an hour. It sure doesn't sound like they were invited to be there, and sure didn't sound like they were welcom. That's pretty incriminating.
