Has not been to hold a vote and acquit. Nor has he done anything to create rules for the trial, even completely bogus rules.
And he can't. The voters are watching,and seem expect a basic level of fairness from Senate Republicans. At least Mitch feels that way, otherwise he would have made this go away. But Trump is crawling up his ass from the other side, and will more and more.
The Turtle has his work cut out for him. Should be fun to watch.

The longer we hold the articles, the better. If the senate refuses to remove him, they are in violation of the constitution. It's time to arrest and convict every one of them.
