I don't think eesh ever collected a penny from the PI. All monetary gains by eesh would have been impounded and forwarded to the miz.

Only in Moreno's imagination; not under tort law in the United States -- and not without a time warp. The cases were totally separate and were not even tried in the same court. Furthermore by the time eesh filed his case in Henrico against the shady investigators, the Moreno's ill-fated lawsuit from Loudoun was long gone. The Moreno's judgment was discharged December 13 2017 in federal court, and the failed adversary ruling was signed April 14, 2018. Eesh was awarded punitive damages against the Moreno investigators on September 9, 2019. Furthermore because William Moreno was not a valid litigant due to his assets being held in an OBRA trust, the original lawsuit was never valid, though rendered moot by the verdict discharge.
