I listen to LFF's podcast almost every day.
I like listening to dumbshits that think they have an intelligent opinion speak their crazy talk.
I really liked when the huge LFF went to trade in his car for a hybrid and the result was "damn, I owe $ on this car and even tho the hybrid will save me $, I'll still lose $ because I suck at life and made a bad deal."

Wait, he decided to trade-in his over-priced gas guzzling muscle car that was just in an accident and that he has owned for less than a year for a hybrid he probably won't need after October?

I don't think anyone ever said Katie was hot. They said she was cute. She works in radio and at a chain bookstore so either way I don't think it matters.
Whatever happened to mcsmack? He hasn't been around in a long time. I miss his overly-angry, overly-obscene insults and hypersensitivity any time the slightest disparaging remark about Don was made. This place needs his estrogen contribution.

Don't forget, there are TWO Katie's on the show. The one with the laigh, and the other who wore the sundress at the grilling show, who goes by Girl. Girl is the one who does "This Week in O'Mearica" and the other is in this picture. There are pictures and a video of Girl earlier in this thread, around page 150 or so.

You've just proven how little you know about DC area radio buy putting WMAL in the top 5 of the men 25-54 demo.
And WJFK does just fine. WTOP is a red herring compared to other stations in the market. Of course they kick WJFK's ass. They kick EVERYONE's ass. In the country. They are the #1 billing station in the US. Not DC, in the US. Terrible comparison.
WJFK rev's are not near the bottom. In fact, I'd bet WJFK is helping keep their other stations afloat. Even with the Junkies new 3 year deal.

It's one thing to let him fuck up the failcast; that's just kicking a dead horse. I think LFF views himself as a most excellent interviewer but he just prattles on and on with some stream of consciousness shit. it's all about lff and not about the person being interviewed

Why are you so emotionally invested in these people? Did they get you fired? You act as if you were an aspiring talk show host who was fired and told he wasn't good enough but you insist you can put on a show at least as good as these guys (who aren't all that great).

Why are you so emotionally invested in these people? Did they get you fired? You act as if you were an aspiring talk show host who was fired and told he wasn't good enough but you insist you can put on a show at least as good as these guys (who aren't all that great).

Oh his interviews are always so bad. He spends forever asking a question with all this background and attempting to lead the interviewee to an answer he wants, then interrupts them.
He made me take Ann Coulter's side, and that is simply unforgivable.
Edit: Also, "It must have been a good idea to extend the Junkies contract! If it wasn't, why would they do it?"

See, the key word there is "viewed." Your average radio executive would lose a game of tic-tac-toe to your average house cat. If they get of the Junks, they have to fill air. With what? That would require decisions. Decisions get people fired. The Junks get some numbers; it's the easy decision to re-up them, and let the next guy worry about the quality of the programming.

+1. Chris Kinard is JFK PD, is he going to rock the boat in any way? Hell no!! If the Junkies tread water in terms of ratings, he'll tell CBS management: See, I told you they were solid performers!!
If the Junks improve their ratings position, CK will say: NOW they are listening to MY advice and look at the ratings!!
