I think Don's BB has jumped the shark. Mildly entertaining at first, now just repeating himself to be heard. And it's plainly obvious that he orchestrated his 'banning' to make it look like we're hypocrites. Dummy. You're not important enough to ban. Anyway, if Mike really did pull down Patton Oswalt for Wednesday, I will listen, if only to see the contrast to when he was on O&A.

DBB definitely lost creditbility with pretending to be blocked while posting all along. I was blocked by FFXU after a couple of months because of my provider. Had nothing to do with content or complaints. Thats how Mike, Robb and the TMOS Fan Club roll, DBB.

I have no idea if it is set up that way but, non-profit only refers to the company, that means that the company has no income that isn't covered by pay-outs, not that the people that work for it don't make money. The Salvation Army is a non-profit, the president of it has a 7 figure income. Try harder.

DBB, let's look at what you are claiming is the scam. Since you are assuming Don is trying to scam us I guess you think that he is taking money and will not deliver a product, right?
What if he only delivers a partial product? Say averages 4 shows a week for the 48 weeks he has promised, is that a scam? Because that would be very similar to TMOS promising a bonus show every week and then not delivering fully. It would also be similar to TMOS taking preorders for a Spring Break Special and then completely cutting one of the four main characters out of it just because they were mad at him, without making even a partial refund to buyers.
So maybe if you are trying to create the idea that Don is trying to scam people, you should compare him to something other than TMOS.

Apparently you don't understand why IPs get blocked, if this or any board was trying to block you specifically they would have also locked your account. Most boards have automatic IP blocking when a large number of posts come from the same IP or range of IPs so they block a range of IPs to prevent spamming. This is why I and other's have had that same problem when using VPN's, boards (not just this one) get large numbers of posts from one IP (multiple users)and that IP gets put on the list that this board recieves to auto block spammers, after a while it goes away.

I would like to get back to Yoko. You know, I always like to hear Mayor Barry. Just listened to that one today. Objectively, that bit would have been much better if you just took out all the laughing. Really, listen to that and imagine the same thing, but with not the insane amateurish guffawing. It would have been funnier. How many times has Yoko lost his mind laughing when Mike says, "That bitch set me up." Hundreds?
And that is why this show is like a morning zoo to me. They laugh and fill up empty spots so dumb people know it is funny. It is the corporate instinct that permeates this show. It is how they were trained. They might as well bring in the whoopee cushion and coo-coo clock.
That is why it will never be on the level of many other Carolla-type podcasts. Just too corny. Too nervous. Too self-conscious. Too un-hip.

With luck, that was just a tsunami of suck and things can return to normal now that the suck surge has subsided.
After all, we have the FL move to look forward to! Milestone for Mike and many bon mots to come for us.

I forgot that we will have an all Don week next week. TMOS is going dark for the Florida move.
I'm still not looking forward to the audio quality and chemistry issues this Skype connection is going to lead to.

Quite a few podcasts that use Skype for show production record both ends separately and then sync the tracks afterward, so it should really stand out in the live broadcast if they bother to fix it for the podcast. How long until they start pushing "content is more important than audio quality."?
Oscar and the clubbers have already started defending the city noises in the new studio.
