Bubby, great work, thanks! In the spirit of your request for review, minus the "random questions" section at the end, I went through it relatively quickly in Word with track changes on. I only made a couple happy-to-glad edits, typically because a unique word or phrase was used twice in proximity. Most of the changes are capitalization, number use, eliminating comma splices, "that" to "who" when referring to people, introducing acronyms/abbreviations the first time they're used (minus TMOS and FFU), noting missing paragraph breaks, etc. Other than a more thorough review, if I were to do anything else, I would completely standardize the use of colons/semicolons vs. double hyphens. I'm certain I missed things in my haste.
I did add a sentence to the #TMOS1000 section because I thought the #myNYPD Twitter fail was just too apropos to leave out.
