Based on some stuff posted here, I listened to the W to F shows (wow, the wed show was unlistenable).
The LFF can't basically be bothered to show up to his own podcast anymore. The LFF was always distracted (and made people repeat things they just said because he wasn't paying any attention), but this was a different level.
I didn't think it was possible, but the LFF is even less relevant now.
I guess the LFF is treating his podcast with the same level of involvement as he treated his daughters.

The Fat Rob bad parenting story of this week is disturbing, just like his freak out over his daughter's hair cut a month or so ago. He tells his kid "Dinner's going to be ready in 30 minutes, why don't you go walk the dog." And then checks back in an hour and a half later, with "Dinner's been ready for an hour, and you still haven't walked the dog." First off, what has Blobb been doing for the past 90 minutes while his son is playing Minecraft? Second, keep playing that cancer card, I'm sure college and corporate America will give a shit he had leukaemia when he was in elementary school. Third, why the fuck does Oscar keep saying how great of a father Blobb is, when all evidence points to the opposite conclusion? Because they go to Kings Dominion a lot? To be fair, between LFF and Fat Rob, Oscar doesn't have much in the way of positive father figures to base any judgement on.

So, I've found my point of discomfort. In the club right now, Carla requested that people not actually tag her in posts in which they're making fun of her husband's weight.
I think that's reasonable, and I'm sorry that's something she has to deal with. I have no issues with people making fun of a public figure's weight, but teasing his wife for it feels wrong.

That's actually the reason. Oscar's father spent most of Oscar's childhood on globetrotting medical missions, and was never close to his kids at all. The idea of a father who wants to spend time with his children and share his interests and support theirs has a magical appeal for him.

How much of Carla's sensitivity is due to the fact she decided to marry a fat loser, which reflects poorly on her? She can chide as many people as possible. It doesn't change the fact that Mike is fat and useless and that she gave up a lot to marry him.

About LFF's sobriety.
It is difficult to do on your own, unless you are taking antibuse or the shot thing.
It is even more difficult if there is a person drinking that is living with you.
If he isn't going to AA or SMART or whatever meetings, the LFF won't likely make it. I understand that he might not want to talk about going to meetings on his podcast, but from the few I've listened to, I don't believe he is in a program. Especially, if he thinks drinking in Reno is a good idea.
I'm all for people stopping their drinking problem. There are many tried and true paths on how to do that. I don't think the LFF is on any of those paths.
So, please drink up LFF.
