You are so right. LFF (Mike for the newbies) is the best father, husband and show host around. What with his sleeping with earplugs so his kid's crying won't wake him up, aggrandizing any time he spends with his own son, terrible reading of Yahoo headlines, complete lack (still) of any technical capability. Mike's move to Florida is testament to why no one under the age of 70 should move to a retirement community in Florida. Mike is acting like an old man, bitching about the lines at Walmart and shaking his fist at a cloud in the sky. What shining star of a city do you live in? Have you been to South Tampa, Coral Gables, Palm Beach County, or even Ft. Myers/ Naples where Mike lives, which is one of the richest areas in America?
Don't buy the hype about a "shithole like Florida". There are Manassases in every state, but most states can't match the best parts of Florida.
Of course, given where Mike has chosen to live previously, I can't vouch for his hood. It sounds dreadful.

The school assembly thing with Rob(b) is amazing.
Both of his kids are embarrassed by his conduct.
It's against the clearly-stated request of the school.
No other parents are doing it.
The principal doesn't like it.
But he does it anyway, because "LOOK AT ME" should be tattooed across his fat miserable face.

I'm catching up on yesterday's TMOS. First and for most I am so sick of the LFF complaining that he is so miserable in FL. OMG its so miserable surrounded by a gated community. Second he needs a live in technology manager. He should just move Oscar down there and or pony. Hell maybe a nurse wouldn't be to much of a stretch. Carla could get out and meet people her age instead of catching the 4:30 early bird special at Outback.

This is a real thing. I gave them a chance about a year ago, and they spent half the show on saving cash.
1. Lowell's wife decided to go on a diet, so she returned previously purchased food from her kitchen to the grocery store, knowing that they just destroy the food and eat the loss. Who would even think to return unflawed food?
2. The other half of the show was talking about how cheap the appetizers were at some Baltimore bar.
I wouldn't get into their religion, I just think it's a lack of things to talk about.

I was a medium fan of MandL in the beginning, but they have not only seemed to run out of things to talk about, but seem to have lost interest as well.
They do fewer shows per week now, and the ones they do are 20 minutes of nothing.
So I'm going to stop listening... We'll see if they get something going, but the way it looks now... no.

I'm a few programs behind and catching up. LFF was talking about their sponsor selling blinds and how easy it was for him to install their product in his house. Oscar suggested taking some pics and LFF nixed it because he didn't want stalkers invading his privacy and seeing the inside of his house. Meanwhile the whole time he is explaining this there is a webcam pointed at is giant head broadcasting the inside of his house to the entire world (or 2-300 people who watch the show on ustream/youtube).
I for one support LFF and his efforts to guard his privacy. Now, let's all speculate what he put out in his garbage at his old Manassas house:

Did I hear Oscar is flying into Fort Lauderdale for the baptism? WTF? And Mike's going to drive 120 miles to pick him up? One can fly for not much over $200 round trip Reagan to Ft Myers airport, about 15 minutes from Mike's retirement home.

That's Robb. He bought a more expensive flight, and is flying into Ft. Lauderdale. Ft. Lauderdale is not close to Ft. Myers - it's literally a coast to coast drive down there. Robb apparently took Mike's advice that FTL would be cheaper, and didn't check other flights. He was clowned very briefly on the show for this.
Oscar's flight was several hundreds cheaper and flies into Mike's backyard, practically.

I was a fan of Don and Mike. Mike was actually my favorite part of the show. Robb was witty in very small doses. I tried to listen to TMOS a few years back but couldn't take it. I checked into FFU to try to figure out if it was still on and why Buzz left, etc. As a result, I tried to listen again. Robb is unlistenable. Did anyone else notice that when Robb was trying to set Mike up to say Krispy Kreme in the Iowa football player "bit" he laughed like a hyena the entire time(and after) even though Mike never picked up on the cue? Sorry for the long rant-moral of the story is that Robb having an open, unfiltered mic and kissing Mike's ass has ironically sunk Mike. Oscar should separate himself from this train wreck. I enjoy your site-it says what most of us feel. Hope Mike checks in from time to time for some constructive criticism. Meanwhile, I'm out until you guys tell me it's safe to come back.

Well, it's pretty clear that Mike only "takes the high road" when he's afraid of the blowback. I mean, how many shitty things did he say about former cast members? But only as asides...never a full address of the situation.

There's a few things that would make this drawing better. First, they all need to be considerably fatter. Next, Oscar needs to be wearing one of those fucked out Affliction shirts. Mike needs to be wearing an untucked Hawaiian shirt to hide his girth. He also needs to be riding a rascal. Finally, Robb needs to be dressed like an 8th grader, like he does in real life. Oh, and the cat needs to be replaced with a tater tot casserole, because that's the only thing they would actually exert themselves for.

Granted this heckler would need to be made of stern stuff, since most of the audience (5 or 7) fat, past their prime "bikers" (that don't ride in the rain) would get their knives out or maybe FFXU's GF, Babs, might sit on them...

I know right? I'm finishing up Weds episode and it was painful...When did they start breaking every 8 minutes to do an ad or run a promo? On todays show, Robb was talking about the horrible Jerry Lewis show, and that there were 400 people in the audience.
Oscar cackled that at least they had sold that many Reno tickets.
Because outselling an ancient, irrelevant comic is a true mark of success.

I wonder if LFF really installed his blinds when he said he did. I'm guessing they're still in the box and that's the reason he threw a fit about taking a picture of them. He went on for a full segment about his shower rod installation, but no story of the saga of the blinds?
