To be honest, I filled out the survey and did it seriously. In the comments boxes I did state that the reason I stopped buying bonus content and have stopped listening was Rob and his over the top everything on the show. I made no mention of FFXU at all because I sincerely want them to muzzle Rob and to change the show for the better. I also talked about how the radio format with the time constraints is stupid. Radio is a dead medium and sticking to that tired old formula just isn't what podcasting is all about. Forcing the format and the 1:19:00 time constraint for one broke-dick AM station is fucking stupid and I want it to go away. You listen to Carolla and he'll go 1:30 up to 2 hours. If it's going good then he just continues, which is what any intelligent podcaster would do. Same with Never Not Funny, Todd Glass etc. They just keep recording as long as it's funny, interesting or entertaining in any way.

Affiliate? I thought Mike said recently that Audible.com chose TMOS to PARTNER with. It might be a good time to invest in Audible.com, before Wall Street investors get their heads around this merger and all its implications.

I personally think the survey is part of Oscar's MBA homework.

I can't wait for Oscar to use the Failcast as a business case study in his MBA class and the subsequent picking apart of his "business model" by his professor and fellow students.

Two words, Oscar: Opportunity Cost

It's a basic economic concept. Think of how much money you would be making if you weren't wasting time on TMOS...trying to make Mike care, for instance.

Am I doing this right? I'm being honest with this and between the three of them, the guys hold objectively wrong opinions about pretty much everything, to the point where I wonder if its a bit.

Geronimo also seems to find plenty to broadcast about post O'Meara. My advice would be Mike either get a life going for himself, bring some show topics or call it a career.

Oscar needs to nip any talk of business school in the bud. His only leverage over Shannon is his money. Once she learns how to do a cost-benefit analysis, she may drop her current scholarship and practice yoga full time at Good Guys, instead.

But fat people, waitresses, clerks and store owners, construction workers, medical personal and the elderly? Anyone more successful than Mike, anyone with a bit of money unspent by their child bride, any of the folks saving up for a vacation with the kids rather than purchasing bonus show? All fair game. O'Meara mentioned it yesterday.

First, in his TMOS Red Sox Spring Training Game with Mike O'Meara Extravaganza recap, he related he had just one beer at the park on Saturday as Carla and he had "a bunch" the night before. He said that was "like saying hello to an old friend."

Then on Sunday, Carla wanted to hit the tiki bar, so "Better Call Sitter" rang out in their Ft. Myers' manse.

Mike quoted Carla admitting, "You know, sometimes I just want to get a babysitter during the middle of the day and go over to the tiki bar -- at 11 in the morning!"
