Agreed infinity. And nothing says ''special faggot'' like having ANY patch on your faux denim clothing. Of course the more patches the more faggotty. I'm looking at you, Fat DrunK Baby, king of the two wheeled living room.

Robb was a big zero. Oscars's laughing was turnt up.

And, as always, Mike's "edgy" content veered closer to wholly inappropriate than funny or daring. If you are going to put a national figure in an uncomfortable position, have it be funny! See also, Colin Hanks. Damn, Mike's fast ball is gone. When they've struck gold (or silver) over the past few years, it frequently is because the old man accidentally wandered into it.

And it's unclear whether the guests laughed at all.

Mike actually tried to make a Brian Williams joke then broke both legs backpedalling and screaming "Joke, joke!". The rest of the interview was O'Meara trying to prove he could be a journalist. And this is the second show in two weeks that proved Mike can not do his Barack Obama impression AT ALL.

And as usual, the two guests and Mike talked about how great Hillary is, how she will be president, how pumped people are for her, how scared "washington democrats" were over the email scandal (and you could tell Mike still is) while "the rest of the country knows it's a non issue". Then they congratulated themselves on being objective and as always O'Meara profoundly lamented the lack of civility and willingness to compromise.

While filling out the survey, the following thought came to me.

The TMOS Gang regularly laments that on Terrestrial Radio, they were never left alone and allowed to do the show they always wanted to do.

And now they are on a podcast that can LITERALLY be anything they want it to be.

But the show that they are doing now is almost exactly the same show that was on WJFK before the format change.

While I will never doubt that the broadcast standards were insane after Nipplegate, I honestly wonder what would have been different if shows were allowed to do whatever they wanted?

Morning BB's, You May Have Trouble With This One:

Song O The Day:

Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing
Tired of living like a blind man
I'm sick of sight without a sense of feeling

And this is how you remind me
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
For handing you a heart worth breaking
And I've been wrong, I've been down,
Been to the bottom of every bottle
These five words in my head
Scream "are we having fun yet?"

Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no

It's not like you didn't know that
I said I love you and I swear I still do
And it must have been so bad
Cause living with me must have damn near killed you

And this is how, you remind me
Of what I really am
This is how, you remind me
Of what I really am

It's not like you to say sorry
I was waiting on a different story
This time I'm mistaken
For handing you a heart worth breaking
And I've been wrong, I've been down,
Been to the bottom of every bottle
These five words in my head
Scream "are we having fun yet?"

Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, no

Never made it as a wise man
I couldn't cut it as a poor man stealing

And this is how you remind me

When was that, tho? 2004? How long are Howard, Don and Mike use that crutch?

Mike has satellite, podcasts and UStream as non-edited venues but you point out he producers KCJJ palatable terrestrial radio crap and so on the bonus.

Mike's idea of show prep is telling a story how he went to the drugstore and had to stand in a line.

Mike looks like the weird old uncle you always have to put up with at family get togethers. Just glowering at you through his old timer glasses and grinning. And maintaining a weird sparse white goatee.

Good article on a good podcast -- Keith and the Girl. But be forewarned, it's a long article. Whether you like them or not, they churn out a daily podcast, usually with at least one in-studio guest, and don't guffaw at everything the other one says. And Keith is pretty damned funny.

LFF, make sure you read this and note how KATG are not slaves to a narrow format. Fuck you and your opening vignette, news you may not need, audio vault, etc. And shove your awful reads for your "sponsors" up Spewak's fat ass.

If you go to ustream and watch their older vids, are they bleeped?

Today during the audio fault, FDB, the world's greatest dad, was pontificating on proper reactions when a baby laughs. Just to be clear: everybody shut up! There should be absolute silence, so everyone can just bask in the laughter. If you have any reaction, you are clearly trying to deflect attention away from the baby.

Eat it in the kitchen
Eat it in the bathroom, so I don't hear Cary's bitchin'
Eat till I can't fit through a door and I won't see my penis no more

Chorus
Tater tot casserole
Bloats my gut
Plugs my asshole
Eat until I grow another roll
Tater casserole

It's made with taters

Had a heart attack, knocked me to my knees
My family walked in found me dead on the floor, said you ain't gonna eat taters no more

Not enough love on the fan page for the Chuck Todd interview?

First off; who cares?

Second; who cares?!

Third, if the TMOS fans were big Chuck Todd fans they wouldn't have stuck with Mike's Jack Cassidy impressions, Robb's dated references, all the fart jokes and the curmudgeonly stories from Florida this long.

It's a shame about the caesarean scar. That makes her totally undoable in my view, although I WOULD accept oral. From her mom. The other thing that makes her undoable is obviously her choice of partners.

Really faggot? You cannot win the name registration war. I can do this forever.

Robb's hypocrisy is beyond or above the range of normal or merely physical human experience: transcendent.

Mike has 6. You can't count Robb Radio because you go there and it says "Welcome to the 90's." The last show was August 2014.
I'd imagine Robb pounds whiskey and gobbles pies while sobbing by his jukebox after his hour of work.

The broadcast standards haven't really lightened up.

You can draw various conclusions from that, Colin's son is a jerk, the USG wants to fine broadcasters to "tax" them, etc

But, the fact of the matter is everything is still defcon 1 to people on the public airwaves.

So, the LFF, Don, et al aren't really "playing a card" as the rules changed a decade ago and they haven't changed back.

Mike quoted Carla admitting, "You know, sometimes I just want to get a babysitter during the middle of the day and go over to the tiki bar -- at 11 in the morning!"

Mike: "Since I have reconnected with my inner alcoholic, this state is kind of opening up some new doors..."

...Aren't people who fall off the wagon supposed to be ashamed instead of proud of themselves? Some great "self-improvement" going on there.

I like booze. But, by God, it would never occur to me to hand my kid over to a babysitter in order to go on an afternoon bender. It would seem that LFF and Carlush may be co-dependent. She implored LFF to start drinking again because he's lame when he's sober. What would a therapist say about something like that? Unfortunately their mutual love of drink might be what's keeping them together. Sad, really.

But you gotta admit that his Richard Burton impression is so much better after his re-fall off the wagon. And Carla's Elizabeth Taylor is coming along nicely.

I don't doubt the standards are still in place.

They've been "playing a card" for ten years. If an industry changes you change with it or admit the Shock Jockery was the star, not talent. Howard moved to satellite and claimed it was to give him more language freedom, O and A fled to satellite and Don and Mike staggered on. My point is that Don remained successful in broadcasting, Mike has not. He combines begging for donations with a standard terrestrial style show of the type he claimed the FCC forced him to do against his will. Open it up, do a non-FCC show. And try to generate revenue other than Kappy's donations. Or stop claiming you are working under restrictions from 2004 in an industry tat didn't exist at that time.

Remember 6 mos ago when Mike used to bitch if people didn't acknowledge his baby? They were "all about themselves" - - - now some "cow" was out of line for playing with his baby in a waiting room. Which is it? Combine that with the reverent silence dad's are supposed to effect when a baby laughs and Grandpa is clearly overcompensating.

Does the O'Meara family ever make a doctor's appointment and kept it? Once again, this week an O'Meara family member needs immediate medical attention, gets squeezed into an already busy day and Mike does nothing but complain about it.

Maybe TMOS' quote should be "The Death of Shame"

rather than "they get it!"

I don't have kids, but I would do it. Sit at a bar, relax, watch the boats on the water, and not have to worry about keeping a kid occupied?

Aint that the point? They have a 16 mos old, and the mom's instinct is to be at a bar at 11 am now that her elderly husband is solidly back on the booze!

It seems as though the kid is keeping them from what they really want to do. It just smells wrong.

I would be consumed with guilt if I left a 16mo. kid to go drink all day, what if something happened and I had to be there? And I was drunk? I'd at least have one of us stay sober for minimum responsibility's sake, and they didn't do that from what I'm hearing.

And lots of hours
To spend with you.

Pussycat, Pussycat, I love you
Yes, I do!
You and your pussycat nose!

Whoa, whoa
What's new, Pussycat?

Pussycat, Pussycat, you're so thrilling
And I'm so willing
To care for you.
So go and make up your cute little pussycat eyes!

Pussycat, Pussycat, I love you
Yes, I do!
You and your pussycat eyes!

What's new, pussycat?
