to further confirm the already obvious pre-taping LFF asked O5car to talk about seeing FLOTUS "yesterday" in the first segment - he obviously saw her on Wednesday since they starting talking about it on Thursdays show. Don't get why they just wouldn't say O5car has school so they're taping early.

Listening to DGS today I realized something, Eightt is the Bizzaro Geronimo. He has taken things that Don has done for decades and failed miserably in trying to recreate them.
Don: Makes fun of himself when he closes the door at the end of a show, then has to reopen it to talk some more.
Eightt: Acts like a child if Mike opens or closes the vault at the wrong time.
Don: Stump the Stoop.
Eight: Claims musical knowledge he has been wrong about numerous times.
Don: Soundboard clips, sometimes will have a conversation with a recorded person, timely drop-ins, etc.
Eightt: Tells Mike and Oscar to wait a minute so he can find the thing he wants to play.
Just a few examples, but I have come to the conclusion that Eightt convinced Mike he was just as good as Don, but would let Mike take the lead, which is why Mike claims he will never be without Eightt.

I just got it. Mike is just trying a different tactic to get to 20%. If you insult enough people to lower your fan base then the percentage would go up right? If you have 100 listeners but only 2 buying bonus content you could either pander to 98 of them or just get 90 to stop listening. It's a gamble but I don't have a degree from AU so what do I know.

Ouch. I admit I'm a couple of days behind on the failcast, but there's no need to resort to that kind of language. I stand corrected. Seems like in previous years they started the mother's day ads much earlier than the week before though.
