Listen here Perry.

This is not Ted Baxter talking, but the REAL person behind the Baxter posts. I have more show business experience in my pinky finger than you and any other poster on this board & any other 'staffer' on the O'Meara show will ever have if you guys were all put together. I have been the creative force behind most of the movies & television shows you have plopped your fat ass down and watched. I thank you and the other turds just like yourself for making me more successful than could have ever imagined. I'm happy to take your fucking money from you when you go to the movies, buy a DVD, pay a cable bill or even watch a show on free TV.... trust me-run royalties are the best thing that were ever invented. Right now I am taking a break and will start shooting some pilots next week so your sorry ass can stay entertained-- and line MY pockets with even more of YOUR money. You are the true sucker in all of this. I have monitored the O'Meara WJFK podcast & his self-produced podcast for the past year because I thought he had some talent. Apparently I was wrong. His act is tired and worn out...just like yours Perry.

Have a nice life Mr. Perry, this will be my last post on this podunk messageboard. I have more important shit to do than to see your silly-ass response to this. I'll let you get back to your McJob or whatever you do in that hillbilly neck of the woods that you call Fairfax. Speaking of Fairfax, you can find me working in the big building at the corner of Beverly and Fairfax if you ever happen to be in the Los Angeles area.

Dateline 03.30.2010 McSmacks bunker outpost: AP reporting:

Reeling from Perry's devastating retorts, Mcsmack is left dumbfounded and still secluded in his bunker.

TMOMS falls from 37th to 40th on I-Tunes angering Perry Wonder further....

Charles Nelson Reilly has been reported as being miffed at Perry's intransigence and moved in for a grunge fuck.

The FFXU community is breathing a sigh of relief knowing that Charles has had his way...........Sweet dreams Perry. See you on the other side of the rainbow.

Ted Baxter = Tom Shadyac ???

Shadyac is the only person that I can think of that came out of this area that has the credentials that "Ted" claims to have...and while "Ted" does not state that he comes from this area, who the f*ck else would care at all about MOM and his decline into oblivion?

And, "Ted", if you are Tom Shadyac, I can not agree with you more about your outlook on the MOM podcast and Mike's "future".

Could WJM's Ted Baxter be Greg Garcia?
Do Beverly and Fairfax intersect in L.A.?
Ain't the Fairfax area named for some dude who ventured out there from these parts and was a member of the Fairfax family.
I believe even Tom Gavin has jumped off the MOM bandwagon.

RAW seems to have been a turning point for the show. With the exception of a few dozen loyal listeners, it seems like a lot of folks were disappointed with what they paid for. As for the Buzz facelift thing, that is classic Mike. He doesn't understand that radio is theater of the mind. It was like when Beth Ann got her head shaved. It doesn't translate to radio.

Wow, this board is quickly going the way of the MOMS..down the toilet. Who wants to come here to read the lame (and boring) arguments between posters. I come here to read the entertaining takes on the MOMS.

Thanks for getting the board back on track, WashingTone-Locian.

Paul mentions, in 1 Cor. 9:22, a way to really evangelize and do ministry, as he says, "I have become all things to all people so that by all means I might save some."

OK I know I'm really reaching here and in danger of fire......Hell fire!....

Sometimes I play down to the competition here Dr. What a lot of MOM supporters do here is very interesting to dissect transparency not withstanding to anyone with a brain.

Supporters can't identify specific instances of the MOM show that are entertaining or humorous so they make broad generalized statements on the overall quality of the production then proceed to defend MOM as if he was a personal friend. Trying to make us believe MOM is funny or convince us were "missing something" is hilarious in itself and makes them look like fools.

Some of these guys get smart enough to realize how foolish they sound then proceed to use "triangulation" as a last ditch effort to "beat us down".

This is a simple argumentative tactic where they express;

1) having no vested interest in TMOMS expressing their ambivalence

2) They just "happened" to stumble upon this site.

These steps places them (in their own minds) above the fray. Neither support nor detract. They then find license to move in for the attack on anyone who's a critic of the show. Just like this last guy, Perry. He actually sounded to stupid to be an operative with ties close to the show but then again nothing would surprise me out of that crew. This moron played it out to the end complete with disingenuous slaps at Mike in his attempts to disarm anyone skeptical of his motives right down to his last post.

It angers them when people don't believe their tripe and fall for their scam tactics.

I mean really...What sense does it make going on the attack for something you claim to have no vested interest in? These people are just hacks...Pure and Simple Hacks. And I would wager my firstborn most of them are from the MOM hack machine.

Sorry if I enjoy an elementary schoolyard shouting match once in a while. I probably enjoy it way too much But there is also plenty of red meat here for your taking.(No puns here please Mr. Reilly)

Thank You, McSmack

I have given up on listening to the Mike O'Meara show. The audio file sizes are too big.... and it's not even worth downloading anymore. All he talks about is his stupid dog, his wife and food.... EVERY GODDAMN day. Such a waste of internet bandwith. Mike, go take a hike buddy. I have to agree with everybody else on this forum that the show is stale and boring. In fact, it sounds like it is from 1985 or something. So dated. And I don't think that Rob's nose can get any more brown. Jeebus, the guy laughs hysterically at ALL of Mike's jokes, even when they are not funny! What a kiss-ass. Get YOUR OWN life Rob an quit riding what's left of Mike's coattails. Go get a job fellas and quit wasting bandwith that could be used for perfectly good porn instead!

mcflub,
Speaking of similar modus operandi, you ever notice how everytime someone gets the better of you, you have the same retort? Anybody that seems to find you a pathetic piece of fat cowshit happens to secretly be a fan of the podcast but denies it. Have you ever stopped to think about the fact that they just find you to be a fatass Donny G. ball licker? Seriously, who has an entire twitter page devoted to nothing but replying to a semifamous out of work radio personality? That doesn't sound pathetic?

Once again, mcporky, put down the mouse and keyboard and get some fucking exercise. Doesn't it bother you to be that fat? Speaking of the bird that flies into your window, I bet you simply want to deep fry and eat it, mcfatty.

Keep monitoring the podcast ranking and reporting back and I'll keep laughing at your obese shitty life.

Sure Perry whatever...... The only thing I use twitter for is info on Dons return. Oh and for some reason I'm stalking Conan O'Brien to. I think I used a pic of me on South Beach if I'm not mistaken. Approaching 50 yrs of age 5'11" 192lbs body fat app 8% run and bike 3.5 to 4 miles per day and strength train 1.5 hrs per day all indoors.( built myself an air conditioned gym) There is other six packs then the ones you drink son and I guarantee we could whip your pasty ass into shape. I'm not braggin', I just like it when my Dr. tells me I'm in better shape than most 20 and 30 yr olds she sees. Your new boyfriend Charles would just be beside himself. I'm in and out of Miami frequently. Don't go to DC often. Next time you're hangin' round South Beach give me a holler, I'll have one of the girls show you a little thing we call "The Man Maker"

I wish Buzz well in the future. Oscar has a job. This show is tanking for many reasons, and I know Buzz is wise enough to recognize that this show will be short-lived and not pay any bills. Kepp searching for a job Buzz - but not with Mike and Robb - they are dragging you down. Let them sink on their own. Aren't you tired of being interrupted all the time and being taken less than seriously?

Really, this show has become very boring - and not funny. Same old content talking about themselves - dogs, food, and the show itself. We don;t want to hear about the show - we want funny stuff like it used to be on WJFK. Get some callers on the phone, etc. I am done listening to it - and it looks like most other people are too.

Carla, call me when Mike is broke. I can provide.

I second that... the show is sinking quicker than the Titanic because of them talking about the same crap everyday. Then today Mike brings up that he wants to do a barbeque show.... Probably 2 hours in length. WTF?!?!? Two hours of him and Robb talking about food.... AGAIN?!?!?? Somebody also needs to tell them that BBQing is not radio friendly. Uh... we can't see a fucking thing dumbshits. I'm certainly not going waste my time & to log onto their web page later to see pictures of fat dudes violating the terms of their WeightWatchers program.... totally pointless and the ultimate definition of nonentertainment. I usually despise management wherever I work, but Mike's podcast is the perfect example why radio stations need management & consultants to keep their on air personalities from sinking like Nick Nolte with a coat full of rocks in a Beverly Hills swimming pool.

The "food shows" were the worst part of MoM when it was on WJFK. Hearing a couple of morbidly obese guys talk about the virtues of Kimchi with that shit in their mouths while talking was fucking disgusting. Nobody is going to look forward to them talking with ribs in their mouths.

See, there you go again with the gay shit. Are you gay, or do you just play one on the internet? mcflab, you are a fat piece of shit. Do you not realize it? Given how gay Miami is, I am sure you are "in and out" of it frequently. Let me guess, your pushing 200 lbs is somehow an achievement for you? mclardtard, you are a fatass with no life beyond stalking Donny G.

"The only thing I use twitter for is info on Dons return." -- So you don't deny being a stalker?!?

If you are telling the truth about your exercise routine, double it, mcfatass.

Given your heftiness, I'd say you are the Meade Skelton of FL. Actually, you may have a few pounds on that fatass and a few pounds on Mike O'Meara and Robbay combined.

Even Dean Wormer has some advice for you - if only he added the word gay, it'd been fitting for you.

I agree...however I loved snacks of the roundtable on big o and dukes. I wonder why one translates well and one doesnt. Even though chad is a fat ass somehow it worked maybe it was because the whole etiquette of it worked.

It was the etiquette, music, and Oscar's complete lack of preparedness that really made it. It was a great segment and actually makes me miss the "Big Cat". I also miss that beer dullard they would have on also, that dude definitely knew good beer. Jesus I even miss Bracken, ahhh fuck it I miss the whole damn show.

What's the scuttlebutt on what seems like a distantancing between O'Meara and Geronimo? Seems kind of frosty. Also seems to be a bit frosty between Geronimo and his buttboy Robbay. I thought when the Geronimo returned to the airwaves he'd bring along his lil' buddy but that doesn't seem the case.

Don't you hate the "get a life" poopyheads?

The distancing between Geronimo & Omeara started when Don quit in 2008. I've heard nothing before or since that indicates they'll be getting back together.
Good for Geronimo. Omeara was dead weight 400 pds of it.
Why would Don want any of em back? They can't even find a small time gig for Christsakes.

Rob(b) found a small gig. A really, really small gig. Couldn't he have found something at WJFK, like a producer at one of the shows (Junkies, Chad Dukes Show, etc)? What does that pay?

What that tells you is that Rob(b) has nothing to offer for "big time" radio. Sure, he can find an hour or two on some backwoods 50 watt station, but not in DC or other major markets.

Rob(b) has no skill and no talent. He doesn't have a good voice. He has nothing interesting to say. And he sure the hell can't come up with interesting material for a show. The fact that Rob(b) was in radio so long and achieved so little speaks volumes.

Rob can still fill a small corn patch with slack jawed yokels out in Iowa.
I'm sure he was shocked the first time this happened and thought "Holy Shit!..This is something I can build on!"

Mike saw it and immediately began thinking of ways to use it gravy training a podcast.

Buzz probably just can't say no to a friend.

Oscar?.... Maybe young and immature?

I just wonder how things would be if Don did not leave the show on JFK. Would JFK had found a spot for them. I think Don was phoning it in the last few years. They would drop to #14 in the ratings before they would get the message that they were not funny or relavent. Remember they would throw together quick a road show to boost ratings. They were great in the 90's. I just wonder if they were heading to Charlie and Harrigan ville.

Hey all...I have been searching this forum like a mad man.

I tried to order the RAW shows and the order never went through.
As I have read above...others have had this problem. I did not find
out about the CUT OFF date till the weekend after...I only listen/
catch up, on the weekends.

I emailed Mark on facebook and the site. All I got was a "Can't do anything,
not planning on releasing them anytime soon" nonsense. I post on their
"Wall" about this and that I was offerin cold hard cash if someone would
direct connect them to me or provide me with a DL. Or I would donate to
the show, the original amount of 10.99. Then they get there money.

Mark erased it an messaged me to complain.

I explainec it AGAIN to him and even offered up my Back To The Future
time Machine Replica use for some sort of alternative advertising.
Never heard back about that.

I posted a message on Baltimore Craigslist Rants and Raves makin the
same offer. Mark SOMEHOW saw it! e-mailed me to complain.

I posted the same message on MY facebook and he emailed to complain.

Now I understand that most people here really hate TMOS. I just want the
raw shows. I saw you had a DL link posted before but it is no longer good.
Probally cause of Mark. But oh well.

So here's the same offer to anyone here! Give me a DL link, Direct
Connect Send Em, Or Some other way..I Have FTP access... ANd I will
pay you for the shows OR donate the money to the show.

This is my last chance for this...I know someone here will help me out.

And as I am sure I will receive a facebook message or an email about
it...Sorry Mark..I tried to go through you guys. I offered more money,
I offered to buy advertising space, I offered my car! I just want these
shows...Sorry Man...

You are going through too much trouble - It's not worth it. I downloaded it for free when that was available and couldn't believe that I wasted my time listening.

In addition, I don't think I will ever think the same way about Robb(bb). Hearing him talk about jerking off made me feel bad for his wife and kids. Not only is he unemployed but embarassing his family too. Invest your money in something good.

----UPDATE----

HAAHAHAHAHA!!!! For sake of internet-dom I will not
remove my earlier post...but...

GOT EM!

I really thought I knew the internet back and forth,
however I had not seen the end quite yet...

After searching and searching and searching only to
be redirected over and over again to that damn no
longer available Mega Upload Site...I got em...

All I had to do was mention what I was lookin for to
my good ol friend Steve... He had never even heard of
TMOS let alone TMOS Raw before. Within 3 minutes of
asking him if he could help out...He had already found
and began downloading all 3.

He finished the download...Verified that they were
what they said they were and is currently uploading them
to me free of charge.

I am however a man of my word. I stated in the facebook,
craigslist posts that I am a Fan. And honestly a very
disappointed fan. I have been a fan of D&M since I was
a kid...Then TMOS...Then TMOSP...I have supported this
podcast by informing everyone I knew who loved the radio
show and missed them ever since. I have turned so many
people onto this show...I have talked about the god damn
podcast at car shows...Dinners..Outings...

I AM A FUCKIN REAL FAN.

and...I am a man of my word. Steve did not want any money
for getting me the RAW shows (just time alone with my,
time machine, LOL Steve), so I WILL be donating 10.99 to
the show with a little side note of why.

I am CERTAIN Mark is gonna read this. So, sorry man...I know
how you feel about "Piracy," but I want my FUCKING RAW!

Spoiler Alert Info gleaned from this thread and MOMS message board but most likely accurate:

1) Buzz gets a blowjob and straps on for a skank
2) Rob Jacks Off
3) Mike gets the crabs

Send your $10.99 to Haiti

Somehow I don't think the end result will be worth all the effort. I obtained Raw after a few searches on Mega without any real issues. Not matter how many showers and how vigorous the scrubbing I have yet been able to wash the shame away. I can't even imagine how Buzz and Oscar must feel as they are the only two with souls. Imagine if you actually paid $10.99 for that garbage, and who the hell is listening to it over and over like the posts on the show page state. God help them and I hope they are not allowed 100ft from schools or parks.

Why does mcsmack post to himself all day? Winning a fake argument with yourself under another fake name doesn't make you appear smart at all, just sad.

Answer 1.) mcsmack is a fatass who lacks any self esteem. His own numbers prove it. A guy that is 5'11" with a weight of 190ish is considered overweight. If you look at his picture, he is WAY more than overweight. He actually obscures the beach.

Answer 2.) mcsmack is a stalker of Don Geronimo. Given the fact that his entire online presence is dedicated to worshipping Don Geronimo should give you some insight to this tub-o-lard's mindset. John Hinkley anyone?

Answer 3.)

I did start listening to today's podcast and was such boring sh8t I turned it off. Word association, indeed. Maybe the TMOS crew could get out of the O'Meara house and walk the streets of deviltown interviewing the toothless. Or do a drunk show at mikie's old bar.

Word association..... Sounds like it is something Mike has come up with to kill time (On a 1 hr podcast mind you)...Or to get them by until he gets a phone line connected to his freeking Commodore 64.At that point I'm sure we'll see the return of more entertaining bits like "The Power of Five" and "Lets Watch the Paint Dry" with Rob braying in the background.

Sometimes I think he does this shit just to piss people off.

The other thing TMOS did towards the end of his show was that he had a non-stop parade of beer and wine folks. How fun is it to be a listener while they're having beer and wine tastings in the studio. Really translated well. What an idiot.

Oh, I think the high point as far as "games" go on the radio show was the "I need a..." game, in which, if I remember correctly, they went around and each one of them had to name something they need. Anything will do. Like "I need a raincoat, I need a stapler, etc." The listener simply had to name something, anything, that hadn't been named. That was it. It didn't have to relate to some theme or anything. I swear when I remembered it I thought "That can't have happened. That is the stupidest game I've ever heard of." To this day I doubt my recollection, but I swear that's how I remember it.

Absolutely right Johnny...Much better example..Jesus Christ I swear thats hilarious. Mike is in drop your jaw and shake your head stupid territory.

What will he think of next?

How about just reading off binary code......10110001111001010111101110001?

I think The Power of Five would be The Power of 101 wouldn't it? not sure.

MOMS:

Todays topics include a chat with “The Pope”, Korean jurisprudence… and Mike’s incontinence. DON’T EAT THAT PUDDING! That is all.

Podcast soars to 29th on chart as food and bodily excretions remain top priority show content

And let's not forget the incredibly funny and hilarious "Uh" Game. I couldnt stand it when D&M used to play Low Budget Jeopardy. It was unlistenable. But the "Uh" Game took things to new heights (in a bad way)......

Why can't they call people? One of the best bits on the old D&MS was the "Two For The Road Show with Mike Oxbigg and Mike La Torres". And now, they wouldn't have to work in the cumbersome "telling them they're 'on the air'" thing after whomever answers the phone because, well, they're not on the air.

I've been following this thread for years and never commented. Leave the gals out. Marsha and Carrie are both attractive and nice people...not fair to subject them to the crap and snarky comments I've read over these pages. Marsha knows the devil she married, that's her choice and at least Buzz has some attributes. Carrie, I'd run. I don't know Carla....I left some years ago. This whole podcast business, a total waste.

I'm not sure what Mike's trying to accomplish with this podcast.... other than lose money. I tried doing my own podcast too after I was 'fired' from my job as a ruthless Middle-Eastern despot. My podcast (known as "Saddam's Silly Supercast co-starring Rajj Spewak") turned out to be an utter failure and I was 'hung out to dry' so-to-speak. My iTunes ranking stayed between 25-35 as well. I was not happy about the show's rankings and my staff's heads rolled... quite literally. Perhaps Mike has the same psychological hang-ups I had at the time.... unwillingness to find a real job, delusions of grandeur, egomaniacal rants, etc. etc. etc. Hey Mike, do yourself a favor and stop now before the infidels become restless and start listening to Adam Carolla instead. Speaking of Carolla... maybe you can find a job selling runaway Toyotas or something. Oh what a feeling!

Best Regards,

Ghost of Saddam

Saddam... my old buddy... howz it hangin??? No pun intended... LOLZ!!! You sure are right about my old buddy O'Meara. Quittin' the podcast... I second that emotion brotha. Not a money-making operation that's fo' sho'. Heck, I used to do a podcast about once a week... but shit man, it's tough to find advertisers when my show has the exact same shit over and over. Kinda like Mike's! ROFLcopter!!! I had to cut down the episodes to about once every six months or so due to my limited budget... plus I like moving place to place a lot, so it makes it hard to set up a permanent 'living room studio'. Good to see you on here S.H. Anyways, I got to get goin'... I gotta pinch off a suicide bomb in the bathroom and see a plumber about a leak. Catch you on the flipside bro!

Here's a pic of me back when I was able to do the podcast outside... Good times man... Good times!

I tried doing a podcast once, but I couldn't get the damn microphone to work right or something. Two minutes into my show I said 'Aw fuck it!' and went back to listening to 'The Charleston' on my RCA Victorola. This newfangled technology ain't wortha damn!!! It's not worth the trouble O'Meara!

Me trying this podcasting stuff... Bad mic or something... Talk about a pain in the keester!

As an experiment I decided to listen to three random sentences from Friday's show to see if anything has changed. They were as follows:

1) "But what about maybe pineapple with the ham?"

2) "The Harley sound effect we have isn't thick enough!"

3) "Let me read some listener mail... it's not very funny this time..."
[Oh let's hurry right up and read it on the air then]

Jesus Christ, please end this agony.

This show is seriously getting worse every episode. Yesterday's show as anything but funny. Robb's audiovault is totally unfunny, and Mike knew it. Mike seems to be getting frustrated with the unfunny on the show. The fuuniest line was Buzz making a comment on how Mike would be reporting Buzz's news next week. Mike is losing focus, and has lost control of the show to Robb. Mike is leaning ona crutch that is broken. Mike, listen to the show without paying attantion to Robb's laughing. His laughing aside, how many times can you seriously laugh at the show? It's getting real bad. Not funny. No call-ins, no gimmicks that work. Word association isn't funny. You need to listen to a few episodes and make notes about how funny it is. You won;t need more than a post-it. Reinvent the damn show - you are seriously boring now and you have so much competition from other podcasts that your listeners won;t stay on long. I've gone to listening to AOL Comedy Attack for non-stop funny stand up comedians. Seriously, reinvent your show or lose it fast.

I think Robb's constant laughing at ANYTHING Mike says is a major distraction on the show. He laughs at stuff that's not even funny. It makes him sound like a total dweeb that's obsessed with Mike or something. Robb is total dead weight on the show and needs to keep his mouth shut more. This ain't the "Robb and Mike Show". Just listening to him you can tell he hangs on every word Mike says... almost like a stalker or something. It's really fucking annoying, I'm not sure how Mike puts up with it everyday. He ought to kick Robb to the curb.

That sort of behavior is typically born out of desperation. Desperation to make anything that goes on during that show to be funny/relevant so that the show will be picked up and Rob(b) can have a paying job in radio instead of getting the one at Mattress Warehouse. Desperation, knowing that this podcast is a failboat and maybe if he sucks ass enough, Mike will take him to Ashville (or some other minor market), when Mike is forced to work the mid-day shift spinning classic rock records. Rob(b) knows he's drowning in a sea of failure (both MOM and his own) and is thrashing wildly, hoping he grabs onto something, anything....

They entire crew is drinking the Kool Aid. Wonder how that will pay the mortgages?
You would think with only an hour a day they could actually have some material or takes on current events.
It is funny to hear Mike rant about itunes comedy standings. Like that is an actual barometer of popularity. I guess it's as close as he can to the old Arbitrons that killed his solo career after 14 months.
Buzz wrote on his Facebook page yesterday that Friday's show was among the best he'd ever been on. And it was so good he listened to it again that night.
Kool Aid for everyone.
