Then the very teeniest scold them like they're in charge while the teacher's away.
Glad to see Mike is putting his three day weekend to such good use by chastising the regulars here. Walmart must be out of unpurchased toys to open and baby gates to not buy.

Small minds call out listeners for not buying bonus shows by going to their Facebook page and bitching at them for taking their family on a vacation to Disney, instead. Obviously that guy's kids didn't have God in their eyes like Mike Jr does because they didn't deserve family memories over feeding Mike's family.

Isn't that the EXACT way Mike claims BethAnn ruined his career?

Look at their producer. Isn't Spewak the producer? The same producer Don fired multiple times?

And the reason they have a "service" is because Fatt Rob can't book guests to save his life. I think he's at about a 5% success rate for booking people LFF instructs him to. I wonder if the service is Chad's interview garbage pile. I'm sure it's tempting for LFF, since it cuts down on his 4 hours of show prep, but he can't conduct an interview to save his life. Not that some cable access reality show personality should even be considered a valid interview candidate. I guess he was able to complain about the interview for a full segment afterwards, so it was probably a win in his book.

Mike starts his career by making it clear "I'm not one of you!"
Within a couple years Tony Perkins gets Paul McCarthy, Carolla gets everyone and Mark Maron interviews the President. Nope, Mike, you're not!
It's amazing that when LFF started podcasting, it was nothing. In fact, in 2009 Mike had a national profile and no one knew who Maron was. Six years later, Maron cannot only book the President, he's booked Mick Jagger. WTF has Mike done? A reject from Naked and Afraid? That he PAID for?
Mike, you should be embarrassed. You've gone from appearances on "The King of Queens" to pretending to do a "live show" on a Friday by changing your shirt. Jesus. You used to be somebody!
People on here make fun of the fact that a loser like Spewak hitched his wagon to your star. The sad thing is, you hitched your wagon to Robb. You rode Don's coattails, and for some strange reason, you thought Robb had coattails to ride. What the hell were you thinking?
This is pretty much how Mike writes. Sanctimonious with lots of punctuation.

It's a good thing your name is actually kxpl3 because if it wasn't, you'd be a massive retard for not realizing the irony in posting anonymously while you call others cowards for posting anonymously.

I think so. Chad made a "you guys like fart jokes" reference in the last BOAD show. Plus, Oscar's value has taken a huge shit on itself with the fake laughs and repeating stories between the two shows. He's on a trajectory to be the off-air business manager for two sub-par podcasts.

"The best!"
"N00OOooo . . . " (any time Mike says anything about himself that is in any way derogatory)
What's not to like about a podcast with a running joke being references to a D-List celebrity nobody remembers who died 40 years ago via tragic circumstances. Maybe they can freshen things up with some Sal Mineo stabbing jokes or Wally Cox heart attack humor.

I met Oscar at a meet and greet here in Arizona and asked about mike & Chad.
His answer was: "Dude, they're the same guy, just different ages and stages of life."

And Oscar will laugh, followed by Robb or Mike trying to embarrass him by asking Oscar what the celebrity was famous for. If Oscar admits he doesn't know, and Mike doesn't know, either, Mike will ask Robb to explain, in a failed attempt to cover his ignorance.
It's ironic that Mike tries to fake transparency, when in fact he is unintentionally transparent with regard to his true nature. Just like his show's unintentional comedy is funnier than any of their prepared(?) material.
There really isn't much humor to be mined from the way someone died. Even from a black humor standpoint, you might get one or two bites at that apple. Trying to build a meme around a guy burning to death on a couch from a fire started by a cigarette is pretty pathetic. Obsessing over other men's lives? What about obsessing over other men's deaths? That's just fucked up.
Mike, please lecture everyone again about empathy. I'm sure people out there who have had friends and loved ones burn to death will give you a pass on mocking Jack Cassidy's horrific death.
Compliment here for Spewak and O'Meara -- don't think they've said "Save some for Dad now" recently. Man, they rode that hard for weeks and put it up wet.
I listened to "Friday's" show. Mike is pissed that Putin is pushing us around in Syria. Of course, he blames our inaction on "the two teams (R/D's)fighting" to the detriment of the world.
This whole mess lies solely on the shoulders of Mike's "team" leader, Obama. He's the fucking commander-in-chief. Congress isn't impeding his ability to do something in Syria; it's all on Obama. I know a lot of frustrated military officers who can't believe Obama's failure to do ANTHING that wasn't offered up by his clueless staff of amateurs.
I won't deny that most domestic federal legislation is stalled because of polarization. But Obama and Kerry owns the mess in the Middle East.
Mike has a heavy heart when a dozen Americans get killed, but he could care less about Syrian lives. He just sees Putin and Trump as two peas in a pod and he's rooting for both to fail. Does he even know what his candidate, Bernie Sanders, plans to do in Syria?
I think I'll write a letter to Robb's bag, and tell them I'm buying several assault rifles, some armor piercing shells, and some body armor, and I'm using the TMOS link to Amazon to buy everything. Oh, and a Confederate flag, too. And a baby gate.
Then I'll say I'm a big fan, and ask where he wants the stuff delivered.
The best thing for American interests is to let Russia get caught up in the quagmire in Syria. It keeps Putin out of Central Europe, kills a bunch of potential enemies and has the potential to turn the Russian people against Putin. The US has been involved for years in the Middle East and has virtually nothing to show for it. People in the region have been involved in tribal warfare going back to before Christ. There's nothing we can do to fix this. The only thing we can do is keep them from getting nukes to kill us.

It was a bad interview, but Mike bitched about it so much I actually went back and listened to that part again. You know why it was bad? Mike, of course. He asked long rambling questions and fixated on the nudity (creepy). When he asked the girl where she was from, she replied "Moab, Utah". He then repeated her answer, spelled the name of the city and said how that is a weird sounding name. Said it sounded "Middle Eastern". Uh, ok. How's the poor chick supposed to reply to that? But no, she was a bad interviewee. SMDH

Maybe the interview service can book a decent interviewer, too, while they are at it.
Mike is a terrible interviewer. I'm not a fan of Naked and Afraid, but it's such an odd concept that it seems like the questions write themselves.
- How did you hear about the show?
- Why did you decide to do it?
- What was the interview process like?
- How to you overcome the whole "being nude" thing?
If he wanted to fixate on the name Moab, he could have just called someone working at a Holiday Inn there and have the same unentertaining conversation for free.

The one good thing to come out of that discussion was when Oscar admitted they have used up all the people who used to listen to D&M (Patton, Chuck Todd, etc..) and they can't go to that well anymore.
What's it tell you when someone agrees to be on TMOS because they had been a fan of D&M and after spending an hour with Mike and Robb it's understood they never want to be on TMOS again.
TMOS can't always be a funny laugh-fest. It is the show of our generation and we must preach when necessary to document the real struggles of society. For this is the only way we grow, with debate, discussion and knowledge that only the TMOS band of genisuses can dispense. You are welcome, now bookmark it please!

Actually a lie. Isn't this the third time he's had to take to Facebook because he can't address a subject he claims to be passionate about on the show because they pre-tape and hide it? He had to jump on Facebook and make an over emotional post about his dad when he missed the chance to mention it on the air live. And despite his claim that they were waiting for "the facts to come in" he missed the shooting of two local TV workers (as well as all the live tweeting and an actual video of the attack released by the shooter) and now this. Both times followed by passionate Facebook diatribes. It's not about bringing the funny, it's about that journalism degree going to waste while LFF sites on his ass for 3 days and without an opportunity to berate us about guns.
^^^This^^^
What needs addressing is simply that Mike is lazy and thinks he's entitled to 3 day weekends. He simply doesn't want to work 5. It's really an example of denial. His after the fact rants are pathetic attempts at showing he cares. As with most sociopaths it passes with them because they really believe it. The rest of us just roll our eyes....
And if he owned up to it, I don't think anyone would have a problem or even care.
"Look, Oscar's in school and out on Fridays. I'll be goddamned if I'm going to do a show with just Robbay one day a week, so we tape two on Thursdays. There's still a bonus show, this is just how it needs to be for the next year."
Boom-bam, as it were. Instead, there are elaborate wardrobe changes, lies, and direct admissions of the truth EVERY SINGLE "FRIDAY". It's just lunacy. There's no benefit. There's no reason to do it. It would be simpler to be honest. Who lies, poorly and consistently (consistently lying, consistently lying poorly), with NOTHING to gain? A fucking sociopath. Narcissistic, delusional, sociopath. Oscar should have gone back to school to get a masters in psychology and used LFF as a case study. Pure gold.
Whoever is supposed to be "bringing the funny to the show" should realize that there is a hole in the bucket. When fat mike says his show isn't always going to be a fluffy yuk fest, he really means it to the point that it's NEVER a fluffy yuk fest. Just fucking YUCK.
Former turbo fan of the old D&M show and current fan of Big O and Dukes and Rob and Joe show, devoted Robb hater. I swore off LFF a month or two ago and come here once and a while to see if I'm missing anything (I'm not).
One of the last few episodes I remember listening to Fatt complained about how much he HATED Bob's Burgers. So I decided to give it a chance on Netflix and now it's probably my favorite TV comedy -- no irony here, it's legitimately very very funny and entertaining.
I also remember a few years ago before the RELM split Fatt said that I Carly was the best scripted show on TV and he was sad to see it go. He tried to get Ronick to agree with him and even that sub-sycophant wouldn't agree with Fatt's drivel.
Mr. O'Meara, I'm using your name because I know you read this. Robb Spewak is radio poison. He is the opposite of entertainment. You and a handful of short-bus Robb-Mobbers are the only ones who think that he is funny. He's sucking the life out of your career.
It has been 0 days since LFF yelled at Spewakk for being lazy or doing something stupid
Maybe not surprising to me that he had those takes on "Bob's Burgers" and "I, Carly". His sense of humor is close to 180 degrees from 99% of the population. "Bell curve", indeed...

Also referencing the latest interview failure, LFF has repeatedly mentioned how bad Brian Posehn was as an interviewee. I don't think I've seen anyone else with a negative opinion of him. He has successful podcasts, does stand-up across the country, and has been hilarious on several television shows. (Meow Meow Beenz) At the same time, LFF has also mentioned how great he is at interviewing because he talked to Judah Friedlander and based the entire interview on Judah's "World Champion" trucker hat. Kudos to Judah for putting up with such garbage. Obviously to the rest of the planet, LFF missed the joke and was a charity case. And subsequently fired from the station and never picked back up by a legitimate radio outlet. Unlike his former co-worker Kirk, who actually tries and still has a real radio career.

Correct on all points except Mike calling him Robbay. That was from The D&M Show and I really don't think Mike wants us comparing TMOS to D&M. I mean, would you?

Its funny because Mike alternates between lying about it and talking about it as if everyone should know. Why keep the rise up if you've acknowledged the taping schedule?

Nailed it. What's really sad is that LFF fails to realize that it wasn't his skill that made that interview good, it was Judah Friedlander. Judah is a professional comedian and comedy writer and did all the heavy lifting. As long as Fat Mike continued on the "World Champion" line and kept saying "yes and", then Judah just ran with it, because he's a professional, it's his act and that's what he does.
But Fat Mike is too busy patting himself on the back for doing something he didn't do to have any realistic perspective.
