If he's breathing, sleeping, getting drunk, having a hangover, passing out in a neighbor's lawn chair because he's too drunk to make 50 more yards to his house, telling tales of helping first responders, taking his meal in bed, mentally cursing Jack Diamond, pounding beers just before a job interview, power-walkng less than 2 miles (he said 2, so that means it's less than 2) making big potty, wondering where his toddler went, making little potty in the sink of a hotel room not his own, or asking "Do we know Eddie Trunk?" he's doing show prep,
Hey Mike. Won't "hitting them hard" and making sure fewer of the sick fucks wake up everyday involve citizens who are armed with guns who are able to protect themselves?
Mike's candidate Bernie blames all the terrorism on climate change.
Mike should be telling the klubbers to set their thermostats accordingly to reduce carbon footprints (feet prints?) and to buy solar panels, using Amazon and the TMOS link, of course.
Then Mike will go buy his panels at a local store, since he can't wait a day. And he will wait until Oscar visits to install them.
They're "pivoting" on the mvp contest. No more amazon, but if you buy the Bone-Us Package, you get entered into a drawing for 1 of 5 gift cards. 26 minutes in or so.

So, what are the odds of winning then? 1 in 20? 1 in 40 at the most.

Immigrant Seinfeld. "Who am these people-!" "Folks , what's these peanuts of Airplane with-?"

Really long archie bunker clip today. Blob(b) is keepin' it fresh and relevant.
Not a single mention of LFF's weekend alone with his kid, just how LFF raided the kitchen after Jarla went to sleep. WTF, I thought that would be show prep for two days minimum.

I am willing to admit that maybe I am too young (40) but I have never understood the fascination with Albert Brooks. Not just Mike and Robb, but in general...he is generally kind of funny, but he so frequently gets mentioned in the pantheon of great comedians and I just don't get it at all.

For Mike and his ilk this is really all our own fault (not his mind you). These youngsters really only want jobs and free health care. Plus the climate change you know.

LFF: I'm a player for real, I post and pivot

Which raises the question "Is anyone who wouldn't have bought a bonus show package going to 'pivot' now and buy it?" I'm not. They might as well just set $200 on fire. Sounds like a time value of money losing idea with a reset price point and no expansion of the cohort.
And no credit to FFXU? That's okay, we know the truth. Hi Mike!
I can quit my stupid mapping job when Rob becomes a big shot DJ and spend my days laughing at the poor souls who have to work retail at the local outlet store.
Just saw Lucky Pierre's picture; well done. How can Fatt Rob live with himself knowing that once he was like that? More than once, actually. Maybe because he never found a sportsgame he was enthusiastic about.
Continuing the weight-loss theme, Fat Drunk Baby was grasping at the straw called "one pound down". That was probably his morning dump. If I empty a full bladder I'm two pounds down. So when he says "one pound down" I hear "several pounds up".

I'm listening to today's show. A fairly long discussion on Mike's (and others) Fantasy Football weekend at the beginning (After the opening & All in the Family clips). But no longer saying the word Fanduel.
Hi Mike!
Thanks for checking in! Shouldn't you be doing show prep?
Diamond was on this morning, he sounds good. He didn't beg for subscribers once either. Just think of all the money he made today. Probably enough to pay for a baby gate or two!

The banner isn't accurate at all. How can they claim the audio book is #1? We all know it's #2.

Hahahahaha.
Did Mike just blame Amazon for the contest "pivot"? What a major douche.
If you didn't hear his explanation, you should listen. It's Mike playing victim again.

He completely did. How dare Amazon say "NO!" to violating every term and condition imaginable and running an illegal lottery. He still seems scared though, otherwise there would have been a true Full Mike moment. I don't think they have rules posted for the new contest, which still sounds totally illegal. I guess you could put the FCC on KCJJ, but I doubt they would really give a shit about a broke-dick podcast on a broke-dick AM station in Iowa.
That was a pretty great "it's the client's fault we have to pivot" explanation today.
Also, no apologies or callouts to any of the superfans that submitted their purchases to the contest, who apparently aren't going to be accommodated in any way during this pivot.

Damn, haven't listened in a week, but I'll have to just for this. Amazon's probably got something Mike can pivot on if he keeps blaming them for ruining his illegal lottery.
So do we start emailing Amazon customer service explaining that one of their clients is badmouthing them to their fanbase or do we turn our attention to Rob violating YouTubes rules as far as rebroadcasting goes?
I think we've milked the amazon issue pretty well.
Next logical choice to improve the podcast is unauthorized rebroadcast and distribution of YouTube and ASCAP licensed work. I'm sure Robbay thinks he can just piggyback on ASCAP broadcast locensing from KCJJ somehow.

A gift certificate for what? "Valued at $250". "A $250 gift package." Kinda sounds like one of those coupon books "With over $200 savings."
If it was an Amazon card, I'd think they'd say they were giving out gift cards "You can buy anything with." But this sounds more like a certificate for some over valued item.
Maybe it's just that Mike has such a hard time with transparency, that even a decent giveaway sounds shady.
$250 equates to a lot of ManGrates. Oscar probably has a trunkful of them to give away (or soon will).
Most 'winners' probably won't max out their card with grates, particularly if TMOS doesn't cover shipping costs.
I have to admit that I own some ManGrates. And to be honest, they're pretty fantastic and do what they advertise. I feel shame in saying this but admitting there is a problem is the first step right?
I hear from a trusted source (a man-child of larger carriage) that the brushes have a lot of utility. Nothing works better for scrapping casserole off of cookware or out of an impacted colon.
I just listened to intern Rachel's totally unoriginal interviews with AU students last week. I'm now surprised Mike wasn't the valedictorian of his class.
Too bad the klubbers can't afford college; most of them could end up teaching there. They already have the concept of safe spaces nailed down, given the way the web site is run.
The Audio Vault: pushing the comedy envelope. The only original content is what Robb steals from late night monologues.

Yeah, Mike and his man Bernie plan to stop this wave of terror by cutting down emissions. Between that and Mike's empathy we have the bastards licked.
Mike forgets its "his team" that is insisting there's no reason to limit the numbers of Syrian refugees we funnel into Europe and the USA next. And "his guy" that referred to the marathon bombing as
"two brothers and a crock pot".

You're giving Headdd an unearned amount of credit there. He hasn't thought about a fucking thing in years.
