Mike begins the show by admitting that his show prep consists of watching the morning news shows while babysitting Michael and hoping he can pull something out of his ass by showtime. He also confirms our suspicions that Robb is a boring fuck who contributes little content to the show.

As Mahscoot previously discussed, Mike and Robb butchered their interview with Angelo, basically using his "on air" time to rehash their NOVa shtick. Following that mess, they bring on RoFo as a guest, and proceed to do THE SAME THING! Mike immediately starts nagging Robb about his OCD tendencies to always have the last word. Finally, Mike realizes that he's running out of time, and he still hasn't gotten RoFo to dump on his girlfriend. RoFo manages to get a word in edgewise and declare that his girlfriend blew him the night before. Money Shot! Robb bleeps the b-word and announces that listeners can buy the bonus show to actually hear the word.

Later, Mike explains that his conversations with Carla often go awry because his DJ skills are so scary good, and he is always 3 steps ahead of the discussion in order to avoid dead air. He's like a grand chess master of interviews. I guess that explains why he is never paying attention to the current conversation. He doesn't realize that he mainly avoids dead air by asking people to repeat what they just said.

So you found this site a few weeks ago, found the podcast to be horrible, then hung around, wasting your life reading our comments. Interesting.

It took me less than 15 minutes to write and post Friday Highlights. That's less time than Todd spends examining his morning stool (no offense Todd).

I listen to crap podcasts like TMOS when I'm doing mundane tasks, because I know I won't miss anything important if I start daydreaming, and because I like to contribute to this thread. I visit this site throughout the day, just like I do Twitter and other sites. When TMOS finally goes under, the only thing I will miss is this thread.

Overall, Spewak is really down today. Dennis Murphy called in. He weighs significantly less than Spewak and earns significantly more ($85K!). Good news is he has type 2 diabetes. Bad news is he has great medical insurance as fed employee.

No, they PLEDGED money. That post says IF all the pledges turn into real money, which is a pretty big if, based on how many people had to wait for their tax refunds to buy the bonus show.

I mean, yeah, some people actually did give money, but I'm thinking that if they don't raise the full amount, they'll get it back.

Sadly, all donations in by May 13th, they have collected $6500
