Oscar has no real world experience and he's either 40 or close to it. He could never be a station GM because outside of a short stint as "talent," he hasn't been involved in station sales or operations, two areas you need to be versed in to be a GM. The MBA is a big waste of money. I hire people and if I had to choose between an experienced person with a BA or an inexperienced person with an MBA, I'd hire the more experienced person.

They debuted the new App today...You know, the 24 hour streaming they talked about last summer that is finally finished...It is a lot like the Amazon button/tab discussion... It appears that the number of times you have to click is a REALLY big deal to Mike...It sounds like he just wants a button on his phone that he can press once and instantly hear TMOS...Hearing it fully explained(they REALLY should have waited on Oscar for the reveal) just made me sad...Now instead of 3 clicks, it's ONLY 2...and if you hit the TMOS live button, there is a loop of shows that plays endlessly(unless they are live, at which point you can stream it...live!)
