Facebook Profiles for Cats

Who the hell does this? Here is one example, Mr. Peanut has a very active profile. Very strange of a person to create a narrative for their cat.

I never saw any purpose for humans having Facebook profiles, so this comes as no surprise to me at all.
People feel compelled to tell the rest of the world about themselves, so telling them about their cats seems the next "logical" step.

Mr. Peanut has a lot of stuff going on and it's important that we all get up to the minute reports on what he likes and what bothers him.
